Global Health Delivery Project at Harvard University

The Global Health Delivery Project at Harvard University (GHD) is an interdisciplinary collaboration between Harvard Business School, Harvard Medical School, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Using our Online Community Scorecard, we helped GHD refine and strengthen the strategy for an online community that helps professionals improve global healthcare.

We had an opportunity to work with Leader Networks on the Online Community Scorecard earlier this year and it was a wonderful experience, I can’t recommend it highly enough.  They really took the time to understand what was unique about our community, how we operate, and learn the goals and needs we had as an organization.

The feedback and recommendations we received as part of the Online Community Scorecard were incredibly valuable. Leader Networks shared recommendations that were actionable and realistic for our team to implement in the short term, and offered ideas and recommendations for longer-term projects as well. We’ve already begun working on incorporating their suggestions, and have found the Online Community Scorecard to be an important asset in considering our community strategy.

Leader Networks helped us bring a fresh set of eyes to our work, and their insights have given us a great opportunity to reflect back on what we’ve been able to accomplish so far, and identify opportunities for growth ahead.”
